Coconut Dream Julep

1.5 ounce bourbon
1.5 ounce Coco Sky
1/4 ounce honey syrup
8 mint leaves
Mint sprig, for garnish

Add mint leaves and honey syrup to a julep cup or heavy rocks glass and gently muddle. Fill the cup with crushed ice. Pour the bourbon and Coco Sky over the ice and stir until the cup begins to frost over. Top with a mound of crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint (and a fresh edible flower, if desired).
