Sky Creme Brulee

1 Cup sugar
3 Eggs
1 Can sweetened condensed milk
6 oz. Can evaporated milk
6 oz. Coco Sky liqueur

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, melt sugar until liquefied and golden in color. Carefully pour hot syrup into a 9 inch round glass baking dish or ramekins. Turning the dish to cover evenly, the bottom and sides. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk and Coco Sky liqueur. Pour egg mixture into baking dish, cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 60 minutes. Let cool completely.
